All I can say is it was identified by O'Obrien as setosus.

 
I've had a problem
with some image determinations, once I pulled genitalia the ID was something different. Genitalia is the smoking gun for a lot of these...

 
yeah, I'm thinking maybe the type image is wrong...
your bug does fit the original description nicely...
