Moved from Marsh Beetles.

nice
the quality of the specimen made it hard for me to be sure.

Cyphon ruficollis (Say)
Cyphon is a very difficult group in which to toss names around, but I'm pretty sure this is Cyhon ruficollis (Say).

Moved from Frass.

Frassed
Moved from ID Request.

Not Cyphon
I'm not sure, but I'm thinking more a Cantharidae in subfamily Silinae; something near Silis

Im thinking a malachiinae melyrid
