Found in sandy Burton Mesa chaparral habitat. All of these spiders emerge at dusk and appear to construct a new web each evening

and the time of year and habitat are correct.

 
A. bispinosus
I'm now (jan 20, 2015) seeing lots of mature males most are dark like him. Given that the females ended up being A. bispinosus, I'm thinking that's what the males are as well.

 
Males
He's the only mature male I've found so far. All of the other males like and appear to be a molt away from maturity. I suspect this may in part be artificial since the mature males are not hanging out in their own webs come dusk which has been my primary means of finding the spiders.
