I think this is the correct identification. It was found outside the normal range of the moth. If the ID is correct it will be first record for Arkansas.

After browsing the Olethreuti
After browsing the Olethreutini I think you have the correct ID of Olethreutes hamameliana - Hodges#2804 (Olethreutes hamameliana)


MPG shows a bit broader range for this species than BG but still not reported from your state http://mothphotographersgroup.msstate.edu/species.php?hodges=2804
