I've ID'd this one as Tremex sericeus. Is that a correct ID?

Urocerus cressoni.
I asked my friend, Nathan Schiff, an expert on horntails, to look at this, and he easily and quickly ID'd it as a female Urocerus cressoni.

i've found one in nova scotia and am wondering if their common in these parts.never seen one before
