Eisenhower State Park, Grayson County, Texas, USA
October 3, 2014
This odd little fly was in cross timber forests and meadows on fresh dung. This is a blow up image of the second photo. The dung was grand central. Besides the fly, dung beetles worked on it and a spider had caught and was eating a cricket.
