I'd say...
I'd say Bombylius major, but wait for an expert to weigh in... it might not be Bombylius since it looks a bit grayer than those I've seen pictures of and found myself.

 
B. major... the color is prob
B. major... the color is probably just a bit washed out from the photo.... though I believe it's been commented that there is some variability in this species... whitish one's are a different species altogether.

The venation (wing veins) are important with bee flies. You probably have enough pattern on this one for an ID, but those flies with more clear wings will need sharper focus on the veins.
