Common Sawfly ? - Coelioxys - male

Common Sawfly ? - Coelioxys - Male
Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada
July 5, 2014
Size: 8-10 mm
After many tries, I can't find which one. Seen along a sunny pedestrian road in an ancient forest. Maybe no relation, but it was beside this larva. Thank you in advance for your help, I really appriciate! :-)

Coelioxys?
Looks like one of the Cuckoo-leaf-cutter Bees. The larva is likely unrelated. Dr. Ascher should say for sure.

Coelioxys
It has hairy eyes. Not too many other bees have that.
