I think
this is Prairiana cinerea. subta should be brachypterous and much paler in colouration. the BOLD specimen looks similar to this one because the abdomen has been removed.

what makes this cinerea vs subta

 
cinerea
is brachypterous (the only brachypterous Gyponini in the U.S. according to Joel). It is also a paler species—cinerea is a darker species. The ranges of the two species are overlapping.

I misspoke—subta is brachypterous, cinerea is not (subta should be the subject of that last message). I've updated the info pages for both
