Araneae - Steatoda

Araneae - Steatoda
Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada
January 26, 2015
Size: 2 mm. ( legs included)
Due to small size it was hard to photograph. Even a Family name would be useful.

Steatoda juvenile
We don't really have any S. borealis images of juveniles this age. It would be interesting if you could follow this one to maturity.

Moved
Moved from ID Request.

Steatoda grossa
looks like a juvenile.

Maybe , but probably not.
S. grossa isn't found in Alberta, but S. albomaculata and S. borealis are. If it was found inside a home, it's probably S. borealis.
