Identification
Zonitis dunniana and Z. sayi are separated primarily by mandible shape and length of the maxillary galeal tube, with Z. dunniana having the shorter of the two. (J.D. Pinto, pers. comm. to MAQ, 2015)
Range
in our area, w. & c. US, with 2 spp. (Z. cribricollis & Z. vittigera) ranging into e. US(1)
