guide updated to reflect the changes listed in the summary; now i have to figure out which genera are to be excluded from the list of our fauna [looks like at least a couple; must squeeze a copy out of the authors]

 
Glad I did it right
Wasn't sure if papers (or monographs) belonged under Books, but I saw there were lots of other examples so I just tried to follow those.

BG was an early adopter in synonymizing Flatormenis chloris with F. proxima, but the authority it cited was listed as "in press". I managed to track it down via that FLOW entry. Thanks for going thru the rest of the taxon changes listed.
