Paragus sp.? - Paragus

I think this fly is in the genus Paragus but that it isn’t P. haemorrhous because of the banding of hairs on the eye and what looks like a small area of yellow on the apex of the scutellum.
Confirmation/correction of the ID would be much appreciated. TIA
