Sminthuridae? - Ptenothrix beta

Sminthuridae? - Ptenothrix beta
Within 1/4 mile of Cleveland Rapids County Park, Douglas County, Oregon, USA
February 13, 2015
Size: Tiny about 1/16 in
tiny. I was photographing box elder bugs on the deeply furrowed bark of an incense cedar and this little insect scurried up the trunk. About 60 degrees today

Ptenothrix beta
indeed seems to be a good match.

Moved from ID Request.

Reminds me

but Frans will have a better idea.
