Lachesilla pallida - Female
Cook Township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, USA
Size: 2.1 mm
lateral view. The paraprocts have much reduced "sense cushions" consisting of only 3 trichobothria in poorly developed rosetts and 1 much smaller trichobothrium. In macropterous psocids the sense cushion has a much larger number of trichobothria in well defined rosettes.
