Spider Wasp? - Larra bicolor

Spider Wasp? - Larra bicolor
Blountstown, Panhandle, Calhoun County, Florida, USA
July 19, 2014
Size: ca. 10mm
Lots of wing flicking in the grass, running about... hunting for spiders perhaps. Genus/species? thanks.

Larra bicolor not Spider Wasp
Thanks. I searched for a couple of hours but was in the wrong family(s). Probably would have never found it. Per the measured width of that grass this guy about 15 mm so a Male I presume.
