small insect on the water.. need help identifying -
Microvelia
Grapevine, Tarrant County, Texas, USA
February 21, 2015
Size: .22 inches
I found a bunch of these swimming on top of the water in a large creek. Any help identifying this insect would be greatly appreciated.
