Small Wolf Spider - Varacosa - female

Small Wolf Spider - Varacosa - Female
Wimberley, Hays County, Texas, USA
Size: 1.25 cm
Pictures of her and her brood taken on 2/10/2015. She had made a neat little tent out of web, dirt, a dead leaf and moss and lived in it with the egg sac for a couple weeks and with her babies for several days after they emerged. They are now (as of 2/23/2015) mostly running around the enclosure without her, though some still cling to her abdomen.
