Ant Mimic Spider - Peckhamia

Ant Mimic Spider - Peckhamia
Fort Bragg, Cumberland County, North Carolina, USA
April 20, 2004
Size: like a fire ant
I don't remember how I ID'd this...so not positive.

ID
This is Synageles

Moved
Moved from Antmimic Jumper. No one was ever able to say why this was on the species page, now we have images with valid IDs, no reason for "so not positive" to stay on the species page without confirmation.

Not sure what you're saying
It's not on the species page.

Info
Not sure if this helps http://www.peckhamia.com/editions/Peckham%201909%20Revision%20of%20the%20Attidae%20of%20North%20America.pdf Start at page 367
If not maybe this should go up to genus

Moved to jumpers
This particular ant mimic appears to be a salticid so I'm moving it from the Corinnidae.

I'm officially getting jealous
You had a busy year last year :). I've always wanted to find one of these but haven't managed yet.
