Thanks Eric...I took another look at the specimens, and I am VERY hard-pressed to find any "rufo" on the "tibialis"...went back and read Wilcox (1966: 678) who stated that "the tibiae are not always distinctly reddish at the middle but the trochanters and the immediate base of the femora are distinctly reddish". I'd go along with that...
