Dineutus nigrior? - Dineutus

Dineutus nigrior? - Dineutus
Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, USA
Size: 13 (whole body)
Would like to know what species. Black underside, male protarsal pads, and femoral tooth, but apices of elytra are rounded and appear smooth under a microscope. Individuals were approximately 13mm (whole body) and approximately 10 mm (elytra only). Any assistance verifying would be appreciated.
