Meloid on California Poppy - Lytta stygica

Meloid on California Poppy - Lytta stygica
San Bruno Mountain, San Mateo County, California, USA
February 28, 2015
This appears to be a blister beetle (Meloidae)...though which tribe or genus is not clear to me at this point. It was feeding on flowers of California Poppy (Eschscholzia californica).

Perhaps Linsleyi, Epicauta or Lytta?
