I believe that this is Melanocanthon nigricornis, the same as I posted before. If this can be confirmed I will move it to the correct page.

While not as nice as yours, the Insects of Cedar Creek website also has a shot (with old nomenclature, Canthon) rolling similar 'food' - presumably deer, same that I see for M. bispinatus.
