Ant tending a leafhopper

I'm primarily interested in the ant. The leafhopper was previously identified to subfamily Typhlocybinae. But of course, if anyone recognizes the genus or species, please chime in!

Eratoneura leafhopper
The leafhopper appears to be in genus Eratoneura; maybe E. carmini?
