Gelechiidae
This is a gelechiid, as evinced by the very smooth head vestiture (versus shaggy in tortricids) and the long, upcurved labial palpi, the left one of which can be seen in this photo (labial palpi short and stubby in tortricids). I'm sorry I can't ID it further than family.

Better if you crop your image
to essentially 'just the bug'. And post dorsal moth images head up, lateral images head to right. This will make your image more attractive to the experts and easier to ID. We cropped and rotated this one for you. Feel free to edit and replace with the original if that is what you prefer.
