Spotted Spider - Araneus gadus - female

Spotted Spider - Araneus gadus - Female
Fort Bragg, Cumberland County, North Carolina, USA
April 22, 2004
This has the exact same abdomen coloring as the other I posted, but different body shape and ephalothorax coloring.

Updated
several of your images.

Ooooh Aaaaaah
Striking coloration. I hope we figure some of these out.

These first two images have the spots
on the abdomen very different from Araniella, more spots and dorsal rather than lateral. Remind us more of the pattern on Araneus cingulatus.
