lacewing egg sack?

lacewing egg sack?
nashville, middle County, Tennessee, USA
March 1, 2015
Size: 7mm tall, 4 mm wide
This little egg pod appeared on a clean plexiglass shelf about 4 weeks ago. I cannot tell if anything has hatched, or will hatch. I have researched that it might be a lacewing's offering. I would love to have confirmation of that. I am posting several more pics. All were taken with a cheap digital microscope or a coolpix with a glass lens held in front of its lens, so pardon the quality.

Chrysopid eggs
Ross: Can you tell whether anything hatched? This appeared about four weeks ago, which is apparently well over the hatch period. That seems like such an odd time of the year for a bug to lay eggs, inside especially. It was pretty cold here at that time. If it doesn't look like there was a hatch, any opinion as to whether it might be a delayed hatch? That would be pretty cool to catch on film.
