Range Error for A. testacea?
The info page for
A. testacea
under "Range" says "... + MA (BG data)" which I am guessing is an error introduced by this record.

Chris identified it as Atomaria distincta Casey
and the pdf from ZooKeys lists that species in the northeast. But I see on the info page that
A. distincta
is a synonym of
A. testacea
.

No synonym
I don't know how this got to the
testacea
page. It was identified as
distincta
.
The pdf I referred to was from the link you gave, I clicked on the full text and worked down to
this page

Edit: I just found the email where Chris changed his mind on the determination and called this

. I'll forward the email to you.
