Are the only options here Xanthotype urticaria OR X. sospeta?

Yes those are the two species
Yes those are the two species that occur in your area, all adult Xanthotypes being indistinguishable by sight alone. See the comments under Identification here http://bugguide.net/node/view/252

X. attenuaria is a remote possibility as it has been found somewhat near to ON, although not yet recorded there http://mothphotographersgroup.msstate.edu/species.php?hodges=6744

is also another possiblity, albeit much less likely.
