Size: ~.5mm BL
This tiny wasp was in pine needle litter sampled under a Southern Florida Slash Pine (Pinus elliottii densa). It was isolated from the litter using a Berlese Funnel. This photograph was created using photomicroscopy.

Tarsal segments
How many tarsal segments are there? If there are 3, it's a trichogrammatid. My guess is that each tarsus is 5 segmented, making it a member of the Signiphoridae.

You are correct.
There seem to be five tarsal segments.

I can't see the wings well enough to be sure, but it looks like a Trichogrammatid to me.

Others will probably be able to you more.

Yes - Trichogrammatidae…
The setae on the membrane are often partially aligned in longitudinal or radiating rows.
