Tribe Eucosmini for sure, but
Tribe Eucosmini for sure, but I am not so sure about the genus. I tthink maybe looks like a better match.

Sonia sp. more likely
On reflection it does look more like a Sonia sp. but seems atypical for S. canadiana. How about S. paraplesiana?
