Dicaelus
is a safe and stronger placement for this beetle than subtribe Dicaelina. Image deserves further scrutiny but for this somewhat tricky one I'm not motivated without the specimen in hand.

not Dicaelus crenatus
in my opinion because elytra striae do not appear coarsely punctate as would be expected for that species. Is the image lying to me?

See the holotype
here
. Striae corasely punctate and intervals very convex to be sure. Maybe the other pinned specimens are misidentified?

Relatively small body size better fits D. elongatus
(around 16 mm) whereas D. ambiguus starts no less than 19 mm.
Lit:
R mandible w lateral protuberance in ambiguus vs w/o protruberance in elongatus (as title image suggests).
PWM:
In comparing my reference specimens I note that elongatus has temple behind eye more abruptly curved and thus narrowed into a neck (as title image suggests) when compared to the long drawn out narrowing in ambiguus.
