Graphopsocus cruciatus
Hi Cheryl if these photos are from the same egg mass and adult you photographed #88298 then these nice nymph shots should be added to Graphopsocus cruciatus; Family Stenopsocidae. Thanks to your photos alerting me to this species in Canada I did a little research and found some overlooked specimens of this species in our collection from New Brunswick. It was thought to have been introduced in the 1930 to both the east and west coast from Europe or Asia. After quickly spreading up and down both coasts it is now slowly moving inland.

I'm sorry...
I can't say if it was the same egg mass. They reproduce very rapidly, and it appears that there are two different species under the holly leaves at differing times of the year (Grapopsocus cruciatus and one that holds it's wings flat or parallel to the surface it's on.)
The first seems more common during cool weather and the second during spring and summer.
In my opinion, these are G. cruciatus, but I can't say that it's a fact. I also have two holly trees and I can't remember if these were even on the same tree.
