Going through Chamberlin and Gertsch, 1958
(I have a printed copy) the closest thing I found was Dictyna (Emblyna) sublata. I'm assuming there was some damage to the epigynum?

I just
bought one of those too due to frustration with identifying my Dictynids. I'm away from my resources this evening so I can't remember why that didn't seem a good fit. You may be right.
