Worn but not super worn, markings still remain so ID must be possible.
Can be frassed after if data point not needed.

I would say this moth is eith
I would say this moth is either Nemoria lixaria or catachloa
According to the comments below the above image it comes down to the size of the spots on the abdomen and/or the relative dentateness of the the PM line. But this one may be too worn to tell for sure.

The traces of spots
are much larger than on catachloa, so lixaria seems to be a good bet.
They match up with this one for instance:
