I agree with Ozarba, but I cannot find a match.
Moving to genus for now. I wonder if this represents and undescribed species or a new US record of a known species? Moved from

Size? Was this one smaller that the Phosphila? This does not look like any Ozarba that I have had and I see them frequently. None have the separation of the beige above the AM line. The large brown square migh tlook more like a Tripudea to me but none of them seem to fit either..
