Livia vernalis
A widespread eastern species with unpatterned oblong-oval wings and broadly-rounded vertex lobes. The shape of the male genitalia is so distinct and these photos are of such a high quality that even though the wings are thickly rugose, the very silhouette of the male paramere is enough to positively determine the species. See also L. opaqua, which differs in genitalia and in the relative size of antenna segments & terminal setae, and L. mexicana, which has similar genitalia but is known only from southern Mexico.
