Metriochroa (0699ish)
I agree. I'm not sure if there's a way to distinguish M. psychotriella from this undescribed one from a photograph.

Based just on my two photos on BugGuide, I'd lean toward the undescribed one, but the difference I'm seeing probably has more to do with lighting than anything.
