Ventral view! I don't see how this could possibly help. It looks a mite pitiful if you ask me. ;)

O.k., now that I know how to turn them over, I'll work on some better angles. At least this technique stops them from moving so I can merge several shots together and bring the noise level down.

Found under the bark of a dead walnut tree branch in the weed patch.

Astigmata
In this case a ventral view isn't terribly helpful because the coxae and genitalia aren't visible, in part because they aren't well sclerotized. Anyhow, it belongs to the Astigmata.
