I suggest that this may be Sinoe chambersi - Hodges #1834.1
based on location, there are records in Texas already, and month of sighting - recorded sightings late winter, early spring
S. robiniella is recorded June-Aug.

Not sure how to tell the difference. In MPG, robiniella is recorded earlier in LA and other southern states. Maybe there is a Sinoe expert out there that can jump in. Either one would be a new one for my Refuge. Thanks
