Agulla? - Agulla - male

Agulla? - Agulla - Male
San Gabriel River Flood Control Basin, west of rock quarry, Irwindale, Los Angeles County, California, USA
April 23, 2007
On Encelia farinosa. Male, I think, since lacking an ovipositor.
I think I can see ocelli, at least when enlarging the image on my computer screen. Thus, this belongs in the family Raphidiidae . If it were
lacking ocelli, it would be in Inocellidae.
