My best guess at species
From the dark-green medial and lateral stipes and the very narrow yellowish lateral edge of the abdomen & thorax...together with the Big Sur locale...my best guess here would be: T. knulli.

However, the color and patterning here are also shared with T. poppense and T. douglasi — which together form one of five pairs of species within the genus which are "look-alikes": but differ in that the former is sexually reproducing; while the latter is asexual & parthenogenetic. Since this is a female, it could possibly be either of those two species...but I believe they are not recorded from as far south as Big Sur and the Santa Lucia Mnts. Thus my guess of T. knulli (which, by the way, is one of the largest Timema in terms of length/size).
