Reuteroscopus basicornis
Moved from Reuteroscopus.

The black antennal segment I and darkened base and apex of segment II are diagnostic for the species.

Currently reported only from Arizona, so this is very cool! Also, this is the only entry for this species that I could find among the unidentified/questionably-identified images on BugGuide.
