John, this is very close to the highest magnification that I can get with my camera. The focal depth is shallow and parts of these images are blurry. However, they seem to be a bit more out of focus than they may be, because the surface is actually a bit smoother than expected, from looking at many of the other close up shots of this genus, on the BugGuide. I have added two close crops of the thorax, to help display the character of her surface texture a little better. Please let me know what you think about any image. I value your instruction and I have other things to tell you. Thanks
