Reminds me of a Solenopsis drone, but my confidence is low.

Solenopsis
I'd say yes to Solenopsis. The 2-segment club antenna, being clearly myrmecine, hardiness, and general shape all point to it.

However, I'd say a mated queen rather than a drone.
