Bagworm worm - Dahlica - female

Bagworm worm - Dahlica - Female
St. Albert, Alberta, Canada
April 27, 2015
Another surprise today from the bagworm moth caterpillar (http://bugguide.net/node/view/1056789) this morning another caterpillar(?) has emerged. I do not know if this is the actual bagworm or a parasitic critter. At first I thought it was two worms but the brownish thing on the left must have been the casing for this guy. Any ideas as to what I have in my image? The brown thing wasn't there yesterday. Thanx for any info.
