My apologies for the artistic filter (a.k.a. dirty lens). I was also bouncing the flash back at the lens which wrecks havoc on the images. Like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get.

Yes, Hermanniella -you can just barely see the big lateral gland opening on the side of the mite. Dave Walter confirmed it.
