Size: 7.1 mm
Chalcidid? Emerged from a large number of
Eurosta solidaginis
galls, along with ~20 of the actual flies, and two Eurytomids(?)

Eurytoma gigantea (female)…
Did the other wasp that emerged look similar to this one? If not, it could be a male.
