Just going by the two Jim Vargo spreads recommended in the BG info section for P. arsaltealis and the heavy speckling on the hind wing and apparent lack of true white on the forewing (however this could just be photographic differences, I would go with P. arsaltealis. I would rule out P. aenescentalis. Tough call and I am not an expert. This is not a species ID, just my way to look for an answer for you.
