I think it looks more like a Cypress Emerald

 
The
Nemoria elfa is variable but has the bold discal dots on both wings and no markings on dorsal of abdomen.
Maury J Heiman wrote that up when he ID'd one for me earlier.

It looks like it has spots but they are just really light like in this photo

 
I ws thinking it was
Wavy-lined Emerald - Synchlora aerata. Not sure its in South Florida.
